This chin strap uses an adjustable Velcro strap at the top of the head and a chinstrap that is 2 inches longer than that of the original Super Deluxe Chin Strap, allowing for a universal fit. There are notably fewer problems with the material stretching out.

Modeled after the Respironics Premium Chin Strap, the Avalon Aire Premier Style Chin Strap offers the same comfort and support at a much lower price. THIS IS NOT a Respironics brand chin strap.

This one is pretty reasonable compared to some of the other similar products advertised out there. It’s comfortable but usually comes loose halfway through the night and I end up just taking it off. Many ENT say the jury is still out on whether or not these types of products actually work but it seemed to help others a bit. What’s recommended is a mouth piece that’s custom fit instead of a chin strap but for the money this might help somewhat.
