The SnoreMeds anti snoring mouthpiece is an oral appliance worn while you’re sleeping. It works by positionling and holding your lower jaw lightly forward during sleep. By doing this, the back of your tongue is moved forward allowing your respiratory airway to widen.
You will experience much greater unobstructed airflow through your breathing passage enabling you to breathe more freely and stop snoring. The true cause of your snoring will be treated. SnoreMeds is not to be used to treat sleep apnea or other sleeping diseases.
It is to be used by adults only. It must not be used by anyone diagnosed with sleep apnea or a respiratory disease or with loose teeth, dentures, gingivitis, braces or TMJ disorder. It’s common to experience temporary soreness of the teeth and jaw and temporary bite change in the morning. If you experience pain discontinue use. By purchasing SnoreMeds you agree to these terms and conditions and not to hold us liable for any damages.

Positive Feedback
- I’ve been using it now for several weeks and have grown very much used to sleeping with the device in my mouth. My teeth still hurt just a tad when I wake up but that goes away quickly. I have had no jaw pain as I have read can be common with these types of devices. I still snore every once in a great while but I’d say 90 to 95% of my snoring is gone.
- This thing works as advertised for me. One thing that is an issue – I do wake up with a bit of a stiff jaw every morning – I haven’t gotten used to it with time. The stiffness goes away within a couple of hours of waking and this is a minor inconvenience & worth it for me (and mostly for my wife)
- This product is very effective. The molding process is fairly simple, however do not expect a perfect fit. The mouth piece has reduced my snoring considerably. My wife has not had a restless night since. The only side effect is having a stiff jaw for a few minutes after waking up. This product is not recommended for people who wear dentures as stated on the product box
Negative Feedback
- Had problems with the product and tried to contact customer support with three different emails. Never got a response therefore cannot use product.
- The product does not move the jaw forward. Without moving the jaw forward, tissue at the back of the throat will still collapse to some degree onto the throat, which causes the snoring sound (and usually sleep apnea). Moving the jaw forward is what opens the throat area, reducing tissue vibrations, improving airflow and resulting in better sleep. This item went right back to the sender.

This post is dedicated to all those wives who have had (or continue to) endure sleepless nights thanks to their partner sawing away next to them. My husband’s snoring became considerably worse in his forties until eventually the choice came down to two things – either he moved into the spare bedroom or I put a pillow on his face and held it down until the snoring stopped. Thankfully, he went for the first option. But that had its obvious downside. I missed his company, the conversations we used to have before we fell asleep, and the intimacy that lead to other pleasures. In fact, I had noticed generally that my husband’s libido seemed to have dropped. Neither of us connected this with snoring. Well, not until years later when a friend recommended Snoremeds. Its a mouthpiece that you pop for a few seconds into boiling water and mould to the shape of your mouth. What it does is very gently push your jaw forward when you sleep so that the airway in your throat is completely open. It is then impossible to snore. Snoremeds literally saved my marriage. My husband could finally breathe properly when he slept. So, when he woke up, he was like his old self, cheerful and full of energy. And, yes, he still had energy at night. He moved back and I leave the rest to your imagination.
We need to make corrections to the review above.
SnoreMeds is a fixed jaw Mandibular Advancement Splint (MAS) . It is not adjustable but not only does it help in 85% of snoring cases but also helps in cases of slight obstructive sleep apnea. The Spatula is included to enable the patient to hold the mouthpiece in the boiled water prior to placing the mouthpiece in their mouth to mold. The spatula also keeps the holes open during the molding process.
The holes in the mouthpiece have not been designed for breathing as the review has suggested but rather to enable the patient to swallow easily . Patients who suffer claustrophobia or night sinus problems find comfort that there are emergency air holes.
All mouthpieces including the adjustable mouthpieces cause initial teeth and jaw discomfort as the lower jaw is positioned approximately 5mm in the forward position – one relates this to gym and how certain parts of the anatomy will feel discomfort when stretched. This discomfort wears off after a few days. If the discomfort continues the mouthpiece has more than likely been fitted incorrectly with the Jaw too far forward and will need to be remolded and fitted to a comfortable position.
